Delete your Blok account
If you would like to delete your Blok account and associated personal data, you can request deletion by emailing us at support@blok.so from the email address associated with your Blok account.
When submitting your request, please include:
- The email address connected to your Blok account
- A short note saying that you would like your Blok account deleted
Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion of your account and associated user data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or payment record purposes.
Data that may be deleted includes:
- Your Blok account information
- App usage data associated with your account
- Blocking preferences and settings associated with your account
Some limited information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, or maintain business and payment records.
