10 new blok improvements

heya,

as you could probably tell, blok is this never ending idea we keep improving on.

our goal is to give you all the tools you need so you can be more intentional with your phone use.

we think this allows for a life of more calm and presence.

here are 10 things we’ve recently done to move in this direction:

1. enhanced privacy to your profile in blok world. now your last name is not revealed to people you don’t know. 2. added an “allowlist” feature. useful if you want to block everything except the apps you select. 3. we now send you daily inspirational quotes! they also serve as helpful reminders to blok (reply to this email if you don't want to get these). 4. you can now sort blok world by the amount of time someone has been blok’d. “order by streak” is still the default. 5. improved ui/ux in the blok’d screen. now you’ll be able to see your streak front and center.

some behind-the-scenes stuff: 6. deployed over 50 ad creatives to meta so others get the chance to hear about blok too! 7. we have a new product page hosted on shopify. this helps improve our purchase conversion metrics. 8. onboarded 2 active users to help out with growth. mariana for design and kai for performance marketing. 9. initiated some conversations with investors interested in purchasing blok equity. uuuuu. 10. signed our first pro athlete. more on this soon :).
